needs a button in app that turns on/off all the feedings at once. Currently i have to turn each feeding on/off one at a time. Not sure what 'slow feed' does?? Sent an email to support & no response.

Ive had cat feeders in the past, but my bigger cat Nimbus always somehow managed to knock them over. Im glad I finally found a feeder then not only has a click lock system on the top, but sits on my shelf to wear my cats cannot mess around with it. Set up was pretty easy, just read the instructions well (Spelling and grammar needs to be rechecked but youll understand it). The app is easy to use and let me set up up to 6 feeding times. I would recommend hitting the serve portion button so you can see how much is served so you can figure out how many portions need to be dispensed. I have the first portion starting at 3 AM because their last feeder started at that time; shoulda gotten this thing sooner! Ill update as we go (:

My two fat little angels LOVE this and it has kept my spouse and I from being woken up at 5am 7 days a week. I have had absolutely no issues with this machine and Ive had it for just over a month at this point. The cats have even figured out the schedule of the feeder and wait for it to feed them about 2 minutes before it goes off .. its incredible!!

This feeder is easy to program the meal times along with the portions so it helps take care of your pet by keeping their feeding schedule even if your not home to feed them at the times needed. This allows you to connect with your pet via voice recordings as your feeding calls for when your away. It allows you to set up 6 meals a day with alarms. It's easy to give more or less per portion if you see your food doesn't get ate in the time before next feeding. It has a blue light up LCD clock and display that shows the schedule. It has a 6L hooper to hold enough food for a couple days and being clear you easily see when you need to refill the food because your running low. The best part is in a power outage it works with 3 D batteries which aren't included but easy to buy. It has a reversal mechanism to solve the problem of stuck or jammed food. It comes with a desiccant bag to prevent dry food from getting wet and dirty. It allows up to 24 portions of dry food per meal and each portion is equal to 5g which may change depending on your kibble size. Once programmed this follows then permenatly even if power is lost and the battery is changed.
